Springboard Counseling

I have been blessed to help clients achieve their goals for more than 20 years. In addition to helping individual clients work through issues such as depression and anxiety, I enjoy partnering with couples to overcome relationship challenges. I love incorporating client's faith in sessions when requested and see spirituality as a key source of strength. I also specialize in working with individuals who struggle with sexual compulsive behaviors, some of which involve the justice system. I also work with partners of those with sexual addictions. These services include individual, group, and psychosexual evaluations.
